1. Black people are BARELY the majority in most cities, especially if you count the actual city limits. The number is far fewer than you think, especially in major cities.

2. This is just dumb wishful thinking talk. Not even whites vote unilaterally on voting lines. If that were the case, no democrat would EVER win. Now you're talking about migrating black people to a handful of states...werent you just talking about black populations in cities around the country????? This literally contradicts your first point!!!!!!
3. Federally, it won't matter. Votes are done by electoral college by state, and you already talked about diluting minority numbers and consolidating them in fewer states ...that means fewer black people in Congress!!!

3. If Black people become the demographic majority in some states, then we'd increase our share of members of Congress. Not only that, these members of Congress would actually care about our interests.
