Yeah he's been on a stellar run.
Bass Reeves was a major letdown. Had a lot of potential but was just madly inconsistent.
And Landman the STUPID subplot (it's painfully obvious what it is) will have you on pulling out your hair. Solid overall though
The last two episodes have been shaky. S1 not done yet, but I think S2 will be where shyt REALLY heats up.

The daughter and wife are such useless, 1-dimensional characters.

The opening 2 minutes scene of the new episode is more interesting than any time spent with that daughter or ex-wife and their air time.
And now back to the dumb mom and daughter subplot? There really is no god right now suffering thru this shyt.
I don't know who approved this subplot and decided that this was more interesting than Jon Hamm or Demi Moore but this something I don't think..... I have no words.
That Mexican actress playing the widow is acting her ass off and they keep going back to them. Why?!!
