The worst part is those small businesses that you didn't really know by name that were dope as fukk, but just disappeared and no one ever noticed.

My first real job

there used to be a blockbuster up the street that would kill us in business. I'd be up there on the clock, eating the spicy popcorn, watching cartoons until my shift was over during the weekdays.

I had a lot of places I loved as a kid that no longer exist but nothing does it for me as Incredible Universe did. I don't know if ya'll from Metro Atlanta but this place was insane for the young version of me. It didn't last long but it was the most amazing place I've been too for that time period. It even had a McDonald's in it when that wasn't done before. For someone like me who was a diehard for tech, it was crazy.

Yo ESPN Zone!!! That place was so fukking fire. Food was on point, mad TVs, doing live radio shows in there. Damn, this thread hurts seeing some of these spots from the past.

schlotzsky's??? nikka, there is one like 5 mins from me. Them shyts all over Houston. I didn't give a shyt about music and honestly, Blockbuster would still be around if they brought Netflix. Bad business moves were the end of their chapter. Modells is still around in DC area. I used to go to one at Arundels Mills in Maryland. All of that music shyt died for obvious reasons.

They used to have ESPN Zone in Atlanta. That mfer was good as hell. I think I went on a date over there. It was a nice chilled spot. ESPN did their thing with that shyt but I figured it wouldn't last. I know the owner of Jeffery's personally and he told me the amount it takes to run a sports entertainment bar is insane with just their overhead. It's not cheap at all. ESPN Zone was like if Ted's Montana was a sports bar. Real nice but I doubt it made real money. You do better selling cheap shyt for a crazy markup like Buffalo Wild Wings.
