The way I see it Indiana might budge and do that Westbrook deal for one of those Lakers picks instead of two. Maybe add a pick swap this year if possible

I am a big believer that the Wizards are a tank team fronting like it isn’t. Atlanta has been selling for a while. On the low they don’t seem happy with their core so if they struggle maybe the quit and focus on building around Trae. The Hornets might break it down too though they may need to attach assets to sell. Another team I could see selling is Portland, they’ve been trying to build around Dame for a while, but on the low they have begun their rebuild too. With Dame and Simmons they are kind of where the Knicks was with Melo and KP. The Bulls might fall apart too, I don't know if they tank though, but they got guys they could move.

The Pistons, Rockets, Magic, Spurs, Jazz, and Thunder shouldn’t have to sell to be in position to tank. They will either develop or be bad.

That’s my top 11 and the other four lottery picks are just the guys who loss the playin games.

See if I'm Hornets and I decided to tank, then what was the point of drafting Mark Williams?

Portland isn't blowing it up.

Chicago CAN'T blow it up. Orlando has their pick top 4 protected.

That being said there won't be much of a market at all because like last season, free agency won't be that good. Andrew Wiggins might be a top 5 free agent and to a man anyone who signs him is a certified idiot.

Hornets are damn near a criminal organization after last summer. They are not too good to tank.

Portland has been circling that tank drain since last season.

I didn’t know that about Chicago, but they fukked up losing that pick. I don’t think this is their year Orlando might get a really good pick from them.

Also your argument is backwards, knowing that FA is bad will lead to more trades. Last year some pretty good players got moved, this FA two all stars have already been moved.

Knowing Wiggins is likely the best guy this FA (if the warriors don’t just keep him) and that the bad teams are in a tank war should inspire teams to look are trades as the best way for them to improve.

Usually teams try to trade guys to clear salaries, but there's nobody to sign.

Picks are harder to move now since most teams either can't trade them or have them in bunches.
