Why is that? People stay wanting stars to come to NY but when theirs a chance they’re like


Priority this off-season is to get Randle the hell out and bring in a quality PG. Try to extend Mitch, get rid of Burks, Noel they’re services are no longer needed. Move Fournier to the bench to rock with rose. Have Rj, Cam and obi starting. Trade the draft pick for a position we need(Thibs won’t play them anyway)

Yeah, I think they HAVE to consolidate at this point. The unfortunate part is that some of these super promising youngsters are gonna be the ones in demand. No one's gonna be asking to throw Burks into a trade, but I bet a lot of teams'll want IQ and/or Obi.

We’re in agreement that we only trade Obi or IQ (or both) in a package for a star right? I don’t want to trade IQ and Burks for Brogdon for example. I’d rather just keep IQ.

Yeah, I like the Brogdon option because his injury-prone status and Indy's logjam mean we might get him without losing any of those three. At this stage, I NEED to see Obi and IQ get a chance to start with RJ. I'd rather lose a pick to move Randle/Fournier/Burks for a guy like Brogdon than package our youth for an "almost" star player. I really slept on IQ's upside and it should be fireable that Thibs didn't ever give us a chance to see him start this season.
