Three things

1) The main thing probably saving Thibs job is he is under contract for 3 more years

2) He does not deserve the benefit of the doubt. He's coached like crap this year and been a pig headed a$$hole

3) They will do this and hopefully just "Load Manage" Randle and RJ the rest of the season because their is no reason he should chase wins now if his job is secure
