They wild as fukk for that...and you crazy as fukk for thinking Dead Man Walking was better than Last Meal :mjlol:
The fukkery on that website was absurd. Every week theyd be doing wild shyt.

Same as the dpg.

Daz announced he was going to drop a crooked i album with old tracks in stores and name it the same as crooks death row album on the same day.

The Daz stories on the dpg website and dubcnn were fukking great....in fact all his interviews and music around the time were really entertaining. He was the most entertaining rapper on the Internet for a while. He talked a gang of shyt on Suge and didn't get touched.

My favorite ones were Daz talking about wanting to whoop MC Hammer's ass when he tried to call himself 'The General'

Kurupt high on shrooms crying in a corner while Daz pulled a screw driver on Suge.

That Disfunktional Family soundtrack :whoo:

I really wanted them to succeed for more fukkery :to:

i did too. the problem is suge won't really tryin' to take the time to find a lot of new and unheard of talent to put on. i always wondered if he really would've been about tryin' to comeback and redo the label how it would've been. all new producers and rappers, just a clean and fresh start :wow:

I personally think the talent was there.

Dysfunktional family was dope as fukk.
Thing suge was black balled.

Remember at this time murder inc was on top of the game and they were fukking with suge.

Irv, j prince and suge wanted to start a huge new venture together. A black owned label and distribution company.

Soon as that came out, suge was sent back to prison and irv and j prince got fed cases. Whole shyt disappeared.

I aint one for conspiracies but shyt.

some talent was there but not nearly enough. suge wasn't that focused, not like he was in the early 90's anyway. so there was no one there to help mold the talent and keep the fukkery to minimum

put it like this, i'm sure there was far more fukkery goin on, then there was actual talent. hence the results

suge should've been lookin' for a whole new grip of producer and rappers. it was a new millennium, a chance to start fresh and show and prove again. while there were some laughs as far as some of the diss songs went it was just that, just a couple of laughs with no real memorable songs and or albums

I used to post on his forum.

He would post there all the time. Mike dean too.

I remember daz would always upload videos talking shyt and the room would be ridiculously full of smoke. He was smokin weed but the smoke was like a fog.

Some fukking slueth somehow linked a fog machine purchse to him :dead:

Then when hed post on dubcc peopke bring it up and hed lose his fukkin mind and delete his account :heh:

Hed always come back though.

During the chronic 2000, tg4r era id agree.

But the label was much more focused during dysfunktional family era. Theyvhad crook, eastwood, spider loc, left eye, kurupt, danny boy etc.

That kurupt album actually dropped too.

And call me crazy but i liked the petey pablo stuff that leaked.

yeah, they had some talent but i just don't they had a producer who knew how to mold it. they were missin' that

some of that stuff was ok at best, like the dysfunctional family soundtrack but it none of that era of dr was notin' to sneeze though

True. They were missing that one great producer to shape the sound.

Daz did a good job on chronic 2000, its just most of the rappers were garbage.
