You learn a LOT about yourself when you have to fight for that last 1/4th of the lift on a heavy single that's for sure. If there's bytch in you it will get exposed.

Deadlifts push you to your limits real talk, from the moment you see this heavy ass weight on the floor in front of you to the last fukkin rep

Trap bar deadlifts are the best variation.

All the benefits of both deadlifts and squats, plus you can pull more weight and ensure proper form since you're pulling from your sides. :blessed:

I basically live off the trap bar when I'm about to go on vacay. That shyt cuts up your entire body real quick. Calves, thighs, glutes, abs, shoulders, traps, chest, back. :wow:
It also cuts up my palms tho :russ:

00000000000000000000000000000129been leaning specifically on these since I have some inflammation in my right knee which is making me stay away from squats.

I feel like its keeping me afloat.

gonna look into getting that trap bar breh mentioned. seems like its a better work out over all.

I've been doing some reading about trap bar deadlifts and a lot of things say they are pretty similar to squats. Right now I do squats and deadlifts on the same day. Am I playing myself if I start doing trap bar deadlifts and squats on the same day.

I prefer the trap bar if you're looking to engage your hamstrings/glutes more, since for me it pretty much takes out most of the lower back for me.

Aye, if I cant get a trap bar, I could use dumbells and get the same effect, right?
dumbbells are awkward as shyt for deadlift. They are great for swings though. Just cop a trap bar it's not that expensive. I've got one.
