I agree.... and I am about to explain why. The squat is the most game-changing exercise you can do for your entire body. All it really takes is one week to see results. When done regularly and correctly, the change in your physique is drastic, especially over a long period of time. Most of these awesome transformation videos and pics that are posted everywhere.... these people were living on the Smith Machine.

For me, the squat is the anti-flabby & sick exercise.
Squatting without the smith machine is so much better fam

Trap bar deadlifts are the best variation.

All the benefits of both deadlifts and squats, plus you can pull more weight and ensure proper form since you're pulling from your sides. :blessed:

I work with the trap bar these days. I think my lower back is genetically prone to injury (or maybe just weak). The trap bar makes correct form more natural for me.

Low handle for me. Once a week ... Twice if I can't get a squat rack when I need one.
