Dead Cells (PC, PS4, XBOX, SWITCH)

Any ranged attack really....my favorite so far are the Bow And Endless Quiver, Infantry Bow, Quick Bow, Duplex Bow, and Pyrotechnics....if I get any of those I'm good money. Skills I usually stick to turrets (Double Crossb-o-matic, Sinew Slicer or Heavy Turret).
I have used a shield if I go through the Old Sewers because it made that boss (Conjunctivius) a little easier but I got his patterns down now so I don't need one.

Never played that game but this is like "Rogue Legacy" and "Super Metroid" mixed together, basically.

This game is fun as hell
Man fukk the last boss....it's gonna sound like I'm hating but a gang of people beat him before they nerfed a bunch of weapons and abilities....yeah, I'm hating. I been playing this on and off over the last year and took a long ass break from it....last time I played it the last boss was Conjunctivius. I wish I would've stuck with it because the current final boss (Hand Of The King) is whupping my ass.

Farthest I've got to so far is the clock tower boss, he was a crazy swordsman guy. just made it back to the clock tower
Thats the farthest ive been too. That fukker has killed me twice. Just unlocked my 3rd potion thoFarthest I've got to so far is the clock tower boss, he was a crazy swordsman guy. I almost killed him but died
Im currently trying to get the rune that lets you smash through the floor. That ossuary is no joke tho

Made it to the last boss, I had around 5,000 HP. Had a good ass set up, Pyrotechnics (+100% damage if their poisoned) plus two Heavy Turrets (+100% damage if they're poisoned or burning)....that's basically like lottery odds getting a set up like that.
Was fukking the boss up and would've won....I guarantee 100% I would've won....but I just died. I mean, I literally just died. Went from 5,000 HP to 0 from something, I have no idea what. I've fought the boss several times and there's nothing that can kill you in one hit. And then to make it weirder, the boss wasn't even attacking, he summons Elites a couple times during the fight so it was one of them. And they sure as fukk don't hit that hard.
So I dunno. But I'm mad as fukk. Been a while since a game got me this angry.

The physical version is scheduled to come out on the 21st of this month.
I seen a theory, it might explain why the game is 100x harder towards the end and why the last boss is doing insane damage.
Apparently (again, I haven't tried this yet, I will in a little bit) the enemies in the game scale with the number of scrolls (Brutality, Tactics, Survival) you pick up, but currently the formula is way off.
So there's diminishing returns....I seen someone say any mixture of 8/7/13 is optimal but again, I haven't tried it yet. Anything above that, and especially when you get to the higher teens (like I had 19 Tactics, etc.) the enemies and bosses scale out of control and their defense, attack, HP, etc. is just nuts. I kinda believe this because I've had 5,000-9,000 HP and the last boss was literally taking off 1/4 of my health with one hit.
I'll let you guys know how a 8/7/13 run goes.

Copped. If I don't like it I'll sell it on here. But plenty of cats with good game knowledge and taste have said it's good so it may be a keeper. I fire up super metroid every now and again .I don't know if I'll be doing that with this in 24 years but there is hope.
