There are a lot of different claims in there. I'll try to break them down one by one:
"The vaccine"? Which vaccine? Or is this claim that all the vaccines work the same way?
And the first vaccine trials started 10-12 months ago. So is the claim that we're seeing these effects in all the trial participants already? That would be pretty big news, but I haven't heard of anything like that. So the claim is that the vaccine makes the virus stronger? What is the mechanism for that? How would that even be possible? Nothing in the rest of the post addresses that claim. And again, since the first trials started 10-12 months ago, wouldn't these "beefed-up viruses" already be widely dispersed months ago?
Your genes can only be modified by certain types of nucleases - enzymes that specifically cut the DNA so insertions can be made. None of the vaccines involve any kind of nuclease enzyme at all.
"bioelectric" is a term used to describe the electrical signals that living organisms produce. I'm not sure what a "bioelectric" chemical/vaccine would be, that term doesn't even make sense.
There is no silver infused into any of the vaccines, you can read the ingredients anywhere, it's public information (and information that could be easily disproven if it were untrue, as the vaccines have already been widely distributed).
Again, where does this information come from? The people involved in all the vaccine trials should have hit this point a long time ago, is the claim here that this all already happened to them? Where's the information on that? Within a few months there will be incredibly robust vaccine results data available across the world, in every country that has used the vaccines. Are you claiming the governments/hospitals/scientists in every nation will come together to lie about the vaccine results? Or....what exactly? How will the conspiracy happen?
