Anyways, I don't understand these divorce laws, no human being needs 100.000 dollars a month, let alone 300.000 and whatever someone has to pay should at least be dependent on what he earns. She couldn't "maintain the lifestyle" if they were married and his income declined. With the amount of money she's getting every month, she could have easily saved or invested.
