not only are they are being withheld from any royalties cause of this "phantom 2 million dollar debt' Tommy Boy claims they are owed

and wasn't able to recoup from all thier content they have released...

but Tommy Boy is willing to place thier music on these platforms without making sure the samples are cleared and the lawsuits are settled....

basically leaving De La Soul the target of more litagation...

Crazy how we are NOW hearing about this.. tbh most artist of the late 80s early 90s probably got signed to the rape. Im surprised that they haven't spoken out earlier even when tribe was saying they deal was trash.. ir shyt.. even when the lox was talking about they deal...
