She's doing perfectly fine with her own animated series. And Harley long stopped being a main villain and evolved as an anti-hero and that's been established even in Batman TAS. You mean to tell me that for OVER 25 years of this character who been overly popular the entire time CANNOT hold her own in a feature film?

That article is all speculation.

Everyone in that pic isn't in the Justice League; that is the JL plus other heroes from teams like:
The Terrifics
Teen Titans
Young Justice
The Outsiders

There is also a small child there and I'm assuming he isn't in the League either.

That is just an artist taking license with who he wanted to include in a splash page or drawing characters that Bendis expressly wanted to include.

Majority of people don't know wtf a Birds Of Prey is. And after the Joker movie broke all types of records it would've only made sense to make a "Harley" movie or "Harley Quinn" ... DC never gets anything right

Because it's not like DC isn't using Harley's brand name recognition to get the fanbase to know the other characters or anything.........

It's not like Harley isn't the lead role of the movie and has been all over the promotion for the movie
