I think he would be a terrific bond…if you are going by his superman portrayal you definitely have a point. But i loved him in man from UNCLE.

I thought the movie was pretty good and very well cast. Pierce Brosnan as Dr Fate was INSPIRED casting and Aldis Hodge was a perfect Hawkman

Critics unfairly shyt on it in my opinion

What's funny is that Gunn is probably confident that him being directly involved with writing superman will be a layup success and it most certainly isn't. Gunn's lowkey been washed for a minute.

There's also a ton of looming projects in progress like blue beetle, aquaman 2 and flash that will drop and possibly bomb in the meanwhile that he has to account for. It's gonna take time to right this ship

I think Aldris Hodge was great as Hawkman but I think he'd probably be great if they put him in any role. He played Jon Stewart in the animated movie and I was wondering why they didn't make him GL in a movie.

At this point they don’t have an in universe Batman.

Reeves’ Batman is year two. So it would be his call

I get wanting a clean slate but I can see all these decisions made by the studio whether it be axing greenlit or even fully completed projects or pulling roles from actors not going over real well with some people in Hollywood. Obviously money talks but they’ve done some underhanded stuff since the merger.

It's better to not even bring up batman at this point because all he would be is a crutch for the other projects to lean on. They need to build up some goodwill and credibility to the non-Batman related IPs

And everyone sucked in Eternals, movie was trash…but with good writing magic can happen lol

I thought the film was meh but that can't be the sole reason why Rock's attempt at the crown failed, what was he saying and doing behind the scenes that lead to all of this, did his stance on Cavill rub people the wrong way?

Getting dollar general writers is one of them.

He never has good writers. Outside of the fast and furious movies he has been a basic action hero from the 80’s and 90’s. There is no layers to his characters. Dare I say he is not a leading man. He is a co star at best, you have to be a better actor to be a leading man today
