KZ: Shadow Fall. It only has two points on Days Gone on metacritic but it didn't flop commercially.
The Order didn't flop either but it wasn't enough to save the name on top of the bad ratings.
No Sony AAA exclusives this gen bombed commercially and critically. Days Gone getting shytted on but I bet they make the money back. I'm not so sure of the IP being revisited next gen though.

The situations surrounding Crackdown 3 and Days Gone aren't analogous, since the latter is reviewing well and the former was a critical bomb.

I did it online through chat support. You can call too but I was on the phone with a homie that told me to abort.
All I told them was that I changed my mind about it and since it's before release (even though I preloaded) they cleared me for a refund. Easy.
I just called to cancel it and was talking to dude on the line about the reviews and he said he did the same exact thing when he got in to work today
