Rise was ok, not classic or anything but a decent flick. Next one should be a vast improvement.

To put me in a minority though. I like Beneath the Planet of the Apes a lot actually.

Just found out that Rupert Wyatt (the director of "Rise") won't be returning for "Dawn" because he didn't feel like the deadline would give him enough time to make the film correctly. SMH.

If your director says he needs more time to make a quality film, why wouldn't you listen to him? This is why people hate Hollywood.
