Doubt that's it. Dude use to buy his teammates and the Warriors staff hella shyt. He paid for the team to go to Vegas after the Championship. Got a private plane and paid for everyone's room and rented a Vegas club while knowing he was about to be traded. LeBron never even did that for his guys. It's not his attitude.

At least David Lee has shown he can score consistently when he plays minutes...Jerebko and Olynyk havent shown anything other then they should be coming off the bench...
If Lee could consistently score he wouldn't have gone from being the #1 big at the beginning of the season to being out of the rotation by January.

Jerebko is arguably the worst player on the team and shouldn't be in the rotation either but Stevens is fixated on playing him. If anything Zeller should be getting his minutes.

Hes caught in a bad situation for himself...I find it amusing as soon as he hit the bench they wont the title but in 13-14 he averaged 18/9...Jerebko and Olynyk together dont average 18/9 and Celtics wont win shyt consistently with them starting...
IM not a David Lee fan,but all things equal i would take him over the other two....

It's a "bad situation" because he made it one
He was brought here and giftwrapped a starting spot, with Ainge hoping he would be able to showcase him for a trade. He started all through preseason and through the first 3 or 4 games in the season but got sent to the bench because of how awful he was.
It has little to do with Stevens wanting to play bigs who shoot 3's. Last year he started Brandon Bass & Tyler Zeller, neither shoot 3's. This year he opened the season up with Lee & Zeller, neither shoot 3's. Amir Johnson has been starting for the vast majority of the season and if we're calling him a stretch big then the standards are extremely low.
You'll be hard pressed to find Celtic fans that think it's outrageous that he's not playing
