It's 11% black in a town of just 3000 people. The white people are all hippies, dread lock rocking, barefoot walking, weed smoking hippies.
living around a bunch Tommy chong types isn't as bad as lving around a bunch of white people in other parts of the country.
the community basically looks like this

I think you still missing the point, most owners don't want any type of construction whether it be poor or rich. Unless we plan on moving, we not trying to deal with any of that. And it's a small town, people live in small towns for the sole purpose of peace amd quietness.

Rich cacs thought they was gone take over yet another beautiful area.
Oh I get what you’re saying. And maybe 1-3 others.

What everyone else is STILL talking about is poor people, low income housing, and black people. None of the three having anything to do with this thread in the first place

All facts!!!

Take them out the slums and place them in good neighborhoods and they still act like the place they left from. This is why I know it doesn't have shyt to do with poverty and more to do with a behavioral problem.

Yeah it’s called, “no home training” as my folks say

Na
nikkas just need to have self standards…you can be broke without acting like the shyt. Especially around others who care about area.

A lot of us are straight up cancerous to our on areas and don’t give a single fukk about it.

You gotta have some type of code and I don’t want anyone around me that don’t…these nikkas don’t have a code, it’s just “me” and “right now” without any foresight like children and raise more children with that same lack of disregard for anyone else but “me” then mfs wonder why shyt is fukked up…

Me and my wife invested, work and live in our land, damn near 100% black demographics…any bytch ass nikkas that want to question can play in traffic. We need to hold ourselves to our own standard…
Bruh I partially agree with you but what Dave is doing is still fukked up

I live in a neighborhood that has changed over the years for the worst

But one man shouldn't have that power

And he'll never publicily admit to it because he wants to be America's cool uncle

I honestly would like to hear dave directly say personally why he's doing it then I can form an honest opinion it's been difficult to do so I'd I'm being honest.

He said he wanted to keep "wealthy interlopers" from moving there, according to the article. It also said the homes would be listed from $250k to $600k. How did this thread become about poor people and section 8?

From what I saw his business partner said that I want dave to speak on it directly himself.

An artists impression of the model neighborhood proposed for the Ohio village of 3,700
The development project he had opposed involved more than 100 homes priced from around $250,000 to $600,000, a massive project for the village and one that opponents say does not cater to those currently living there.

Did anyone read this?

If he doesn't buy this 19 acres (in red) then that big ass development would be coming up to his damn house almost. Then you just know those people would be on some "Yo that's Dave Chappelle's house over there" type of nonsense and all sorts of fukkery.

So the development people sold him 19 acres, probably for the low, so he's got some coverage before you get to his place. And in turn, he stops threating to leave the city, and stop investing in it, like he did in the town hall meeting. The development wouldn't be coming there if it wasn't for Dave investing millions in the area. Therefore it's in the development company's best interest to get him on their side
