Homeowners don’t want that shyt around them. Having buildings around = more people, more drama / nonsense, renters don’t gaf about the area or anything compared to home owners, etc..

We got these affordable housing buildings by us and I’d thanos snap them joints out of existence immediately if I could.

These clowns park in front of driveways when there’s no street parking then legit get mad at you about it because “they don’t want to park on another block”. I pick up hella garabage on the street and my yard every single day. Shootings, even one dumbass nikka shot himself then tried to say someone else did it.
