Affordable housing. Rich housing. It doesn't matter because nobody wants construction ruining their scenic neighborhood. Especially a quiet little town like Yellow Spring. People move to small towns for a reason and dumbasses don't get the hint to not build.

This was housing for WEALTHY people. It had nothing to do with the property value or ugly houses or keeping people out or black people in general. He didn't want them motherfukkers that close to his land. People would be taking pics and stopping by and doing dumb shyt. So he basically bought a wider fence and those houses are still getting built, just further away from him

I think you still missing the point, most owners don't want any type of construction whether it be poor or rich. Unless we plan on moving, we not trying to deal with any of that. And it's a small town, people live in small towns for the sole purpose of peace amd quietness.
Rich cacs thought they was gone take over yet another beautiful area.
