He probably had a psychotic break, there's people that's done way worse than he has & appeared very stable and clear minded. I think he is overwhelmed, probably was easy to pull the trigger but its gonna be a lot harder to live with. They said a 6 year old died, I wonder if he thought of that possibility.

He graduated with high honors with a bachelor's in neuroscience and was doing well in the PhD program, so we pretty much know he is a genius.

It happens to the best of them, same thing that probably happened to Bobby Fisher, Martin Lawrence, or when Kramer (Micheal Richards) spazzed out. Even the Virginia Tech shooter's manifesto should signs of someone who lost it or the Unabomer who went to Harvard.

JUDGE SEALS 'BATMAN' SHOOTING CASE
Prosecutors fear public scrutiny could 'jeopardize the ongoing investigation'

An Arapahoe County Court judge has granted a request to seal the case against James Holmes, the 24-year-old shooter who killed 12 and wounded 50 during a screening last night of "The Dark Knight Rises."

The motion, filed in Arapahoe County court, asks for the records in the case to be sealed, including search warrants, affidavits, orders and the "case file."

The District Attorney's affidavit says prosecutors are investigating first-degree murder charges against Holmes, but that disclosure of the court records would be "contrary to public interest" and "could jeopardize the ongoing investigation."

Theres a difference between spazzing out like Kramer...and then shooting up a movie theatre...booby trapping your apartment..and then when u show up in court, u look like ure tripping balls
