I was rooting for Matt and Elektra the whole way.
I wish season 3 was not going to take another year to come out. Luke Cage looks good though.

Elecktra, but what is she? What is the significance of her in the cult? Is she some sort of God?
Just finished. Couple random thoughts.
* This is a good show. I fukk with it. With that being said, I do think people get hyperbolic about it. 
* Karen needs to die. The actress that plays her does a fine job, but the character brings down the show a lot and her arch/story lines just does nothing for me. She has three to four scenes an episode where she's doing monologues while in tears. I mean, I get it. I really do, but it's just overkill. She's also a Mary Sue.
* The pulled punches on this show sometimes look good and at other times they look really bad. I don't get it. The blood also sometimes looks realistic and at other times looks like the blood out of those kid's vampire costume kits.
* One thing that bothered me is that the Punisher gets his foot drilled through with a fukkin' power tool and nothing happens. Irish dude went Tim the Tool time Taylor on dude shyt, and after the Punisher is arrested he walks to and from court and so on -- he doesn't have on a special boot, a limp, nothing. It put a bad taste in my mouth because it's a severe case of deus ex machina. "We want to hurt him, but we really don't want to hurt him. We don't want this to actually impact the story going forward at all, but we need to do it to show we will hurt him; but, it really doesn't mean anything." The Punisher isn't a mutant or something. He doesn't have superhuman healing powers. If you're going to go that route, just have Daredevil storm in before they actually drill through his foot. They way the writers went about it was really cheap.
* Ol' girl that played Elektra was fantastic.
* John was great as the Punisher. The little ticks and whatnot brought a lot to the character.
* On some real shyt, Matt really is a dikk. He puts his friends in a lot of uncompromising ass positions: all the bullshyt he takes Foggy through, making Claire take care of them zombie ass kids off the books which subsequently leads to her having to quit because of bureaucracy, etc. I would've deaded dude too.

..batman has no superhuman powers...daredevil does..he took radioactive material to his eyes which blinded him but it enhanced all his remaining senses x 1000...then he was trained by slick how to fight...they nailed how his powers are portrayed perfectly

I don't think most of the ppl saying that have read a daredevil comic most of their knowledge only extends as far as nolan's batman begins
