Piano girl seems like a decent match for the class-rep who wants to be an idol. The pygmies are an interesting opponent, mainly because it's another cool and different type of enemy. Dandadan always has something new to throw at the crew.

Man episode 4 was a fukking masterpiece of the episode.

Honestly, the directing/cinematography actually giving this anime horror feels, which I never felt reading the manga is wonderful. It puts you into Okarun & Momo's shoes so well.

I am really liking the direction of Okarun's character. His training and Turbo Grannies' power conditioned him to a point that he can see off that athleticism in different ways then just "going all out". I am rather curious how he will maintain his current condition.

This chapter raised more questions.

The Gnomes retreating with the girl, more than likely their power source isn't from her. Then you also have the nurse being in empty space. Highly suspected she has powers of some kind, but what is it, though?

This arc is random as hell, but entertaining.

Man Tatsu really named the nurse Queen-sensei

Spoiler: Dandadan Chapter 174

Jiji is really a dude who speaks from the heart. Like he can't lie to save his life, but if any of his friends is in trouble he will be there to help them. Also, Queen-sensei by all accounts seems to be a neutral party. Though her being able to see spirits is interesting.

It is easy to draw the correlation that since CSG was behind the stuff with Zuma it is the same case here. This could be a red herring though, so we need to learn more.

Not the Nurse becoming an instant favorite of mine . The way she smacked the shyt out the girl for lying

I'm on episode 1 and this ghost goblin lady pops up and asks this lil nikka to "gobble on his weenie".....the fukk you nikkas signed me up for with this shyt?

As well as episode 4 delivered on the thrill of the fight with Turbo Granny, this episode delivered on the emotional impact of Acrobatic Silky's backstory.

HOOOOOLY shyt, THEY NAILED IT! That's probably my favorite episode of any anime this year. It was absolutely beautiful and positively gutwrenching. An anime hasn't hit me like that since Mitty in Made in Abyss.

Manga is on break for 2 weeks.

Pretty good chapter today.

You know the fact that these knives can inject powers into normal people is frightening. Though Kouki is a good girl and while she wants to go back to her normal life, I like how the Pygmies' backstory comes into play. They used to be human, but the fact they want their existence acknowledged proves that they still have some humanity left in them. I think Kouki & the Pygmies can be of help to each other.

It was hinted a few chapters ago that Kouki & Aira completed in piano against each other. Aira managed to beat her and now both don't play. Quite ironic given how they first met to where they are now.

Dandadan is low key building an Idol Group to compete with B-Komachi. They have a singer, a pianist, and a dancer now.

Those ability stealing/giving knives have sooooo much potential for the plot going forward. They could be especially important for Okarun now that he's lost the Turbo Granny powers (and since he accepted defeat earlier, if he regains those powers, he'd be in a position to have them stolen...at least I think that's how it works).

I want to see the Pygmies work with those building blocks that Kinta uses. It seems like they could have a nice synergy.
