so do tenants , the homeowners cant kick out their tenants , theres laws preventing this .
they either get paid or they voluntarily leave . unless you a fukk up tenant in which you got to ask them to leave and if they refuse

Omg, I have never been to East La - and don't think I want to unless I rolled with some Mexican friends.

I think it's just when they're together (the genders) they act super racist - when they're separated (men and women) they tend to be more friendly. Hell, some business venture is getting a development shoved down the throats of the Hollywood residents by the Capitol building; how much easier do you think it is to get some nikkas out of Watts?

Naw bruh if the homeowner sells the house the tenant is ass out. The new owners will probably offer the tenant a few dollars to leave without them having to go thru the eviction process, but it won't be much.
