The purpose of the ADOS delineation was originally about reparations and reparations only. That's the only place were it makes sense to draw that distinction and divide black america. It was always political cause reparations is a political issue. It's been on the ADOS website since day one as the overall stated goal.

It was never supposed to be about tribalism, black isolationism, cultural separation, anti black immigrant bashing/ xenophobia, or supporting trump. But a lot of people supported it for those exact reasons with Tariq fanning the flames which is the cause of the confusion. Yvette is trying to clean it up now but it's too late.

To put it nicely, Tariq has disappointed me heavily lately. He wasn't like this 2 years ago or even last year.

Now he's getting into disputes with real black academics and pundits and the holes in his armor have been exposed, he punches above his weight class. I liked the guy caus he spit some truths, but at end of the man is a former relationship advice writer who took an interest in the black empowerment politics, then used it as a hustle. In certain situations, he reveals he isn't as knowledgeable or on point as he should be as someone of his stature and level. It hurts his credibility in the long run. Sadly, it's making me think that the people on here who had the worst to say about him might of had a point and I usually like to give people the benefit of the doubt.
