Tone and Yvette started this whole fiasco (that unfortunately backfired on the ADOS thing) because they felt threatened by Tariq holding his own event without them.
Thats why they started the "competing event" fallacy. They had to find some way to justify interjecting themselves in an event that had nothing to do with them or their ADOS group

Checking Tariq on opportunity zones and the reduandant nature of a second conference should not have turned him into an emo conspiracy theorist duped into doing the work of the very people he argues coopted #ADOS. There were ways to address it like a man.
