Damn, this summer has been boring gaming wise

Its a good time to catch up on your backlog or try new genres of gaming. I didn't know until this year how much I enjoy roguelike/roguelite type games.

Hades is getting the most burn on the ps5 right now

Still working through my backlog so I don't mind

Still got to finish ratchet, doom eternal,got, lou2 and my 2nd playthrough of ff7rm hard

Other stuff is checking out godfall expansion, hzd dlc (was hoping for 60fps patch) and 2nd playthrough of gow

For me I'm really waiting for ffxiv endwalker expansion so I got a lot to keep me busy before it comes out, even deleted hades after I beat it bc of the backlog

Overall I think this has been an excellent year for gaming, prolly will be picking up Battlefield and maybe tales of arise too

having a backlog is the greatest blessing as a games, specially for a jrpg guy like myself. 50-100 hrs of piff Cold steel IV, destinity and hitman 2 have been holding me down
