This. I’m not saying one personality type is better than another but I’ve noticed time and time again that the super bubbly, extroverts, very frequently are the complete opposite at home and struggle with adversity. I’m not saying everyone of them, but in my experience, it seems like a mask they wear and it weighs heavy on them which results in explosions of anger that manifest in different ways. I’m find more that a healthy life truly is about balance.
