If you serve 100 customers a piece of chicken, 99 of them loved it but aren't on social media reviewing.....but 1 person said "it's too dry", and that one persons opinion has access to 20 MILLION people on social media and said you're chicken is dry...you don't see how damaging that could be?

Any restaurant that’s shooting 99% isn’t being affected in a major way by that 1 person.

That’s HISTORIC numbers that have never happened in the history of restaurants. They’ll be just fine :laugh:

Social media is a spectacle. Very few feminine supporters. Some others who want to see an underdog win til he actually does then they resent the success and try to tear them down. Some just want constant drama and don't actually know why they mad just following thought leaders. Just like when you post a thread here often the first response can dictate the course of thread. If something online is pissing you off it's time to log off and take a walk outside l, go get some air and a clear mind. This shyt don't mean shyt until you let it fester

I don't think that's historic. It wouldn't be hard to find 99-100 people who loved their Chic fil a experience.

Yes damaging if it’s a negative review but amazing if it’s a good review right? The difference is the quality of the product and that’s on the restaurant not keith lee. Everybody has different opinions and some people’s opinions actually hold weight it’s up to the restaurant to uphold standards every time they serve a product
