Yep, all my boys are the same way and we are in our early 30s/late 20s. shyt is crazy. I hit the gym 3-5 times a week and eat healthy. I'll never let myself go..fit for life.

I will say tho, my crew just started getting flabby and sick within the last year or 2. I remember seeing broads from HS when I was 25 and most of them were already out of shape. Women age much worse than men.

They can, but most likely they won't :obama:

Working out is a part of life for me, I went on vacation in August and got a week membership @ the local gym.

did the same. day passes were only like 8 bucks. shyttiest gym I've worked out at but still.

I went to my 10 year reunion last year and everyone looked like garbage. Maybe me and 4 other people were in shape. I was actually starting to look :flabbynsick: myself a few years ago until I started working out regularly.

Even my best friend who was a track, volleyball, and soccer star in HS has now ballooned to 225 lbs. But he's trying to change that and got himself a membership at my gym last week.

good for him but the thing is once you really really let yourself go, it is damn near impossible to turn back. that is why you can't keep slipping and eating like shyt all the time.

I notice that too among men and women from my hometown. A lot of people have fallen off. It's like damn homie, in high school you was the man...

They're always like: dang girl, you look good. You ain't even got no kids do you?

I technically have gained weight since high school, but it was good weight because I was very thin.

Personally i don't know how I would survive mentally without daily exercise. I only do it purely because it's a great way to relieve stress and bump music while I do it.

yup that's another thing people don't realize, gym time is as much of a benefit to your mental as it is to your physical health.
