He's worked in the NFL. He's a leader of men, and a program builder. In the mold of John harbaugh.
I also have been advocating Jerruh think seriously about hiring Joe Brady. I know he's never been a head coach, and is new calling plays. But I believe he's the future McVay. He could be our coach for the next 15 years, and think he would do incredible things with all the offensive weapons we have. Brady also was Sean Payton's protege.
