the spurs actually have a bench...you listed 2 guys from the bench...the other guys need rest too...minutes are managed when you actually have a bench....

We got an 18 ppg scorer 'Twan Jamison coming off the bench, the perfect back-up big Jordan Hill, Jodie Meeks too and we also got Earl Clark and Chris Duhon who will do much better with the Lakers than they were with the Magic easily. And we got that bum Steve Blake, but he can go off here and there from the 3-point line. So are bench is much improved from last year so we straight and good.

I may have underrated Kobe's value if the average PF is better than the average SG, but as a straight up comparison Gasol is more valuable than him. Howard is more valuable no matter how you want to slice it and there is a good case to be made that Nash has been just as if not more valuable than Kobe over the last two years, and his aging curve doesn't seem to be as severe. Feel free to base your opinions on nothing though
