LWO is back.. haters get used to it.. you think D12 is going anywhere? You think in a few years we won't reload AGAIN with more allstars? everyone wants to play with a bigman like that, everyone wants to play in LA (women, women and women).. deal with it haters, get mad.. and get even madder when im scheduling my vacation around the parade.

:snoop:

the spurs actually have a bench...you listed 2 guys from the bench...the other guys need rest too...minutes are managed when you actually have a bench....

and please stop with the kobe did such and such last year...that was last year...whole new season...everything eventually changes...

im not saying they wont succeed but a little realism wouldnt hurt...dudes aint even played a game yet...and yall sewing banners :shaq:

tell that to heat fans we got 16 up there we winners so we do what winners do. :stopitslime:

where they cross-over and clap boards
We got an 18 ppg scorer 'Twan Jamison coming off the bench, the perfect back-up big Jordan Hill, Jodie Meeks too and we also got Earl Clark and Chris Duhon who will do much better with the Lakers than they were with the Magic easily. And we got that bum Steve Blake, but he can go off here and there from the 3-point line. So are bench is much improved from last year so we straight and good. :win:

not sure if serious or not but that bench is trash

I don't think you realize that we had troy murphy, josh mcroberts, matt barnes as our bench last year.:beli: We were bottom 5 in the league in bench scoring and we still made it to the 2nd round. Jamison by himself is 5x better than anything on the bench we had, and jodie meeks can actually knock down his threes.

I may have underrated Kobe's value if the average PF is better than the average SG, but as a straight up comparison Gasol is more valuable than him. Howard is more valuable no matter how you want to slice it and there is a good case to be made that Nash has been just as if not more valuable than Kobe over the last two years, and his aging curve doesn't seem to be as severe. :yeshrug: Feel free to base your opinions on nothing though

11/12 WS WS/48 PER RAPM A4PM

Gasol 8.3 / .165 / 20.5 / 3.0 / 1.54
Nash 5.9 / .144 / 20.3 / 5.8 / 2.54
Bryant 6.2 / .132 / 21.9 / 2.7 / 2.12
Howard 7.7 / .179 / 24.2 / 5.5 / 3.49

Nash and Howard were in the Top 10 in RAPM last year and complement each other perfectly. Kobe is like third or fourth best player on the Lakers at this point.

Wouldn't say all that. He might be the second best after Dwight but that's the only player who can make that argument on that squad. But damn with Jamison Meeks and Hill there bench is pretty legitimate to me. They've got 6 guys that have averaged at least 20 points per game or capable of doing so if needed. Them boys scary but they still gotta get past Durant and the gang.
