Is that REALLY a good thing?

In the 81 point thread people were saying it was not impressive because kobe was knocking down wide open shots, if you think that kobe won't be taking advantage of all the open looks he's going to be getting.:usure:

it does matter...kobe 34...nash 40...metta what 35?...gasol atleast 30...you need a bench...

delusional fans are disgusting

So what? Kobe was second in scoring last year, nash was in 2nd in most assist. They are not close to falling off yet, and they haven't even played with each other yet so expect both their numbers to be be in fact better next season.

What does their age have to do with anything? As long as their minutes are managed effectively ala the spurs then there is nothing to be worried about. Jamison is an 18ppg guy and meeks who is a 40%+ 3 point shooter will be our scorers off the bench.

No one on the lakers is delusional the LWO is just reality.:jawalrus:

:snoop:

the spurs actually have a bench...you listed 2 guys from the bench...the other guys need rest too...minutes are managed when you actually have a bench....

and please stop with the kobe did such and such last year...that was last year...whole new season...everything eventually changes...

im not saying they wont succeed but a little realism wouldnt hurt...dudes aint even played a game yet...and yall sewing banners :shaq:

What are you talking about? I was asking if RON ARTEST having open shots was a good thing.

dwight is playing with 3 guys who are better than anyone he's ever played with

:wow:

True, but how do the pieces fit team wise? Orlando 09 had a perfect team around him, 4 shooters to space the floor and give him room to operate in the paint. Now he has better players, but none of them really are "spot up" shooters to say. I still got the lakers shytting on the league but let's see how they gel

Nash and Howard were in the Top 10 in RAPM last year and complement each other perfectly. Kobe is like third or fourth best player on the Lakers at this point.
