I feel like this makes a lot of assumptions on what I think Kendrick is.
I think Kendrick is a California spitter. I don't think he's a lyrical juggernaut, I don't think he's super hotep neo-revolutionary. I think he's a black man from California who had the sense to learn himself about some shyt, but the thing he learned most about was rap. And he has talent at it. I don't look to him to be enlightened. I don't even really look to him for bars like that.
But when he give a shyt, he can spit, and he has Cali energy and that shyt's my native tongue.
