Nah if anything from what I read of the gameplay, leveling systems and some of the side quests design it like Bethesda Game Studios fallout 4 and elderscroll skyrim in a cyberpunk setting.so basically witcher 3 in cyberpunk

They were all low level and complained about not being able to do "X". CDPR kept telling people it'll get better the more they repeat something, that this isn't GTA, Saints Row, Destiny, Halo, etc and that you'll have to level up everything. But The Witcher series was not known for it's smooth gameplay but for it's story.
I'll even go as far as to say the gameplay of the Witcher is flat out trash. But the story is what it's all about.
Not surprised if it's more of the same here. But I think FPS gameplay is funner than 3rd person combat by nature so I think it's harder to mess up.
Dragon Age: Orgins combat made want to launch my controller through my TVI can deal with that. Played Dragon Age: Inquisition a whole bunch of times because of the lore and characters.
It took me five years to get around to beating Witcher 3 but I eventually powered through it.
