With the talented black wrestlers on the roster one should at least be holding or in contention for the IC US or World titles at all times. Sometimes I think the E just has black wrestlers just to have them and don't really push someone to the front a bit until pressure from the media or a group like the NAACP starts asking questions which has happened before.

End of the day I don't feel any closer to a black world champion than I do 15 years ago and that's alarming.

We've had a black president, black billionaires, black astronauts... but in the one field where everything is pre determined we have yet to have a black world champion.

It's some bullshyt.

We have... just not in the WWE. And that's the problem.

TNA has had 2 Black World Champions, Ron Killings (Held the NWA title twice) & Lashley (2nd most World Title Reigns & Days as Champion under the TNA/Impact Wrestling Banner)

ROH just let Jay Lethal hold the ROH World Title for close to 430 Days

BOB SAPP got a NJPW World Title Reign in the mid 2000's

But the WWE has never seen a Black World Champion outside of The Rock. And in all likelihood never will with the way they cop pleas whenever the subject is brought up.

If you accepted Obama as a Black president, why didnt you accept the rock as a black champion.

Even if we count Dwayne Johnson, that’s one out of 50. That’s 2%. Take a look at how successful & marketable New Day has been as an act. Now what’s the chances any of the members ever win the WWE or Universal championship? You mean to tell me none of the 3 has the ‘it’ Sheamus or Ziggler apparently has? All 3 shield members got title runs, so what will we see from Big E, Kofi & Xavier?

This. If Titus was white, he would have already been a three time WWE champion. He encompasses everything Vince wants in top guy except the "right" complexion.

I feel the same about Elijah Burke. If he was white he’d have multiple world title runs by now.

I mean i'm sure there is a ton of stuff we hate doing at our jobs but we do it cuz that's what we are paid to do.

For people in entertainment its tough cuz you can't just say oh i'll open up shop and do it my way like say most people who work as employers. If your an accountant and hate your bosses, your more than welcome to start up your own office as long as your willing to take the risks.

For wrestlers its WWE or well nothing else if you want the fame (I know geeks will say Japan, ROH, and a bunch of other stuff most normal people don't care about)

That being said is there a degree of risk that a performer can take by saying no this doesn't make sense and this character fits me more...sure you can do that but it's been 50/50 success rate where some go on to be bigger stars by being defiant or you get deavored and lose your income.

I can't knock anybody who would take the safe way and keep their income stream and career, especially if they have families. If your someone like CM punk and saved your money and you want to play hardball then your more than welcome but you gotta know your place and whether your perceived to have the talent to be a hard ass defiant pain in the butt to get their way and knowing the history in WWE are black wrestlers willing to bet they would get as much leeway as coked up Michaels or CM Punk who bytched his way to the top

Sad. Its more than sad. They got Big E dancing yet Blandy is beating Rusev in like two mins every week...lol. One more time..FINN BALOR CAN BUCK UP TO SAMOA JOE and basically fend him off but Titus gets choked out in 15 seconds. The racism speaks for itself.

And lets not harp on Sasha..that's the real crime here. Fans demanded her spot and they had Charlotte go over how she did at HIAC last year. Buck wild:laugh:
