Man I'm a fan of Gibbs and dude can really rap but put a trap beat on and he's just going through the motions.
The type of beat dictates the type of rhymes he writes too much. That being said I know he has people that mostly fukk with the trap shyt so what can I say, dude is feeding his fanbase. Put him on a track with a legend or a legendary producer and he never, ever fukks it up.

If I'm being honest, the only Gibbs project that I feel really holds up start to finish is Pinata. I just think his production is too inconsistent. He's got some classic tracks, but none of his stuff landed with me anywhere near the level of Pinata.
But a project with Alchemist should correct that.
