MTA is working on the staircases at my stop which they already resurfaced few months ago. It's going to take them 4 months to finish the work :mjlol: One staircase has been closed for a week already but it hasn't been touched yet.

I know I shouldn't be complaining because at least my stop is getting repairs but 4 months for stairs :mindblown:

"I was a bit baffled as to what I was seeing, so I bent down and touched the paint to see if perhaps it was at least tacky," he told us. "But it was completely wet and at that point I was like, 'Oh this is gonna be good.'"

When using the subway system, please take only memories, leave only footprints.

I just moved over here and I don't even take the subway, I take the PATH train and that's it. I took the 6 train one time from midtown downtown in the middle of the day no less, and I was disgusted. Going home in rush hour was unspeakable. I could of imagine dealing with that every day, I would literally commit suicide or go insane, but I don't know as much about New York as the natives do, so I figured the MTA just did dumb shyt when I first got over here, so when I saw this story while i was standing on the platform: https://www.google.com/amp/www.nyda...ackles-communication-issues-article-1.3871233
I was like "Yup they on that bs".
Creating a brand new job and paying someone $200k a year to read social media complaints and change the words on signs. When your organization green lights dumb decisions like that it's only right that it's services are poorly run and product is in bad condition.

If she can't repair signals or help with a new signal system, she could get the fukk outta here.
