I'm just going by what I heard and black women aren't putting "white hair" on top of their hair. Like I said before nobody wants white peoples hair and nobody wants to look like a white woman.

If its not 'white hair' then what IS it?:wtf: If they don't want white people hair, then why are they wearing white people hair and horse hair?

How can you be mad when you don't even wear your natural hair though :heh: (not you personally, women who don't wear their natural hair) hell most non natural women make fun of natural hair texture and such

Because they have been indoctrinated to believe that they weren't good enough unless they had the wigs/weave..... now that they have the wig/weave they are being shamed for the ingrained self-hate...and the kicker is that white women are being told that they are special if they adopt your natural traits

damned if you do, damned if you don't.... every Black woman, no matter what stage of awareness; should be upset with this scenario.

No one forced black males to abandon 70% of their black offspring, and a huge portion of your mulatto offspring, but you all still do. :manny:

great deflection, but dead beats are the last ones complaining about single mothers.

Nobody is buying white people hair. Idk where yall are getting that from. A lot of women are buying Malaysian, Peruvian, and Indian hair. I'm sorry I don't know much about weave because I don't wear it I'm just going by what I heard. You would actually have to talk to the black women that wear weave about this topic.

You will never guilt trip Caucasian men and women into promoting you by screaming about "cultural appropriation."
Whether or not white America finds afros attractive on you or not is irrelevant unless you're directly attempting to appeal to them. This has always been the modus operandi of white America because they're the majority.
Black people should be more concerned with crafting their own mediums and promoting themselves amongst black people.
Because no amount of kicking and screaming is going to prohibit white women who want to wear afros, from wearing one, nor will it stop white men from finding it attractive on their own but not you.

I swear some black people just go around looking for things to be outraged about.

Chick in the article looks like a run of the mill mixed girl. So when you think about it, whites have half a claim to that hair style

no one forced the BW to accept welfare in replace of men. no one forced BW to buy into feminism either.

but you're right, i'm conflating issues that have nothing to do with eachother

stop it... Black women were forced to be strong and independent waay prior to the institution of social services.... but you aren't interested in a solution... you are interested in an avenue to Blame Black women...

The point still remains that when black men on this site have made it a point to bring up exactly what you have said...women have responded to it by suggesting its just a preference so:hula:

becoming defensive is normal... that doesn't mean you should dismiss the concerns of Black women
