You don't even know basic history. Soviet Union collapsing in the late 80s/early 90s lead to their economy collapsing. Like I said earlier, I won't win this argument because Coli posters are hell bent on thinking Cuba is a black mecca so I will just back out here. Nothing or nobody will budge

Cuba is majority black. Most of them are reported and mulattos identify as white. Did you read my links? Are those just lies? We wouldn't even be having this back and forth if we were on Cuban telecommunications
That was PART of the reason, but even prior during the Angolan civil Cuba's economy was taking a hit. That's how far Cuba went.

Also no one said Cuba is some black mecca, but fact is when you look at Cuban history they have a history of fighting alongside African descent people whether from the States or the continent.
