They obviously weren’t allowed to interact with the other crew members, which is why they were quarantined in their rooms. Had they been able to sneak some “quality time” in, maybe they wouldn’t have off’d themselves. Plus, I don’t think all of them had rooms with windows. So imagine being stuck in a room with no windows, internet cut off, same food all the time, no human contact.

yeah, man this was cruel and unusual punishment.

Even in prison, there's a social setting where you can interact with other ppl - unless you in the hole or something.
