Pure speculation but I'd be willing to bet they say Krypton never exploded on Earth-1.

Great assessment considering it was confirmed last year about Kara was the 1st alien that they even known of.

I mean, we know aliens exist on Earth-1 because of the Dominators. We're just speculating why Supergirl and Superman aren't on Barry's Earth. Sure they could hiding, but the easier thing to say is they're just on Krypton.

We already know that some events don't occur in certain dimensions. Like how Kara's Earth doesn't have a STAR Labs. It stands to reason there are some dimensions where Krypton is just fine.
