I was going to make a white-on-white joke but this shyt is disturbing. I don’t know Texas law on this well enough, but the guy with the gun escalated that situation to the point he could shoot the other guy. If they didn’t arrest the homeowner I am assuming they won’t because of Texas Gun laws. That fact you killed your stepson father and it’s on tape…. I don’t see that relationship being anything than toxic. You can’t even lie to the kid.

How much of a hoe do you have to be to sit here and act like that white boy ain’t a bytch for doing what he did

Some of you really think you can escalate the situation by Going inside and getting a gun in a situation that’s not violent ,escalate it again by Letting off a warning shot then claim self defense because he tried to wrestle the gun away

And the excuse y’all think that’ll work is “he was in my yard” :dead:

To wrap it up….why was he in the yard ? To fulfill a legal agreement agreed upon by the two parties :dead:

If y’all black asses try that watch how quick you’ll be locked up.. like I always say in these threads I understand how nikkas get jammed up with gun cases ..Y’all dumb as hell.

that’s y’all problem, y’all think everyone wants to fight you dog. I don’t like getting touched, fukk I look like as a grown man fighting someone, homie wanted him to leave his property, he wasn’t the aggressive one, he literally walked and out calm. The gun was to tell him “go head bruh” but idoit got more aggressive and ran up to a man with a gun. Rip to that bozo
Introducing a firearm in a nonviolent situation is an act of aggression :gucci:

That dead man's son is absolutely going to go down the path of crime and violence. If I'm the shooter, I'd have my head on a swivel around the boy. He will look for payback in a few years time.

that man would have to be crazy to want to continue sleeping under the same roof as the 14-year old son of the man he killed.:mindblown:

No it wasn’t. It was for his protection. Someone is on his property who doesn’t want to leave after being asked to leave. He’s aggressive, pointing his finger and talking crazy. and he went got his gun for his protection. And to get homie to leave, dead bozo doubled down instead.

And as I said before it don’t seem like that was the pick up spot. The killer kept saying “y’all was never suppose to be here, I asked y’all to leave”

And dudes be talking bout a .22 cant do anything.
Was that a headshot cause dude dropped instantly?

Man If your not about throwing hands and laying someone down with a punch you can simply go inside close your door and let whoever outside run their jaw all they want....

Now you just killed your stepkids pops....
If he did that he wouldn't be a man. That dude already had a good 60lbs on him and he was a good foot taller. The shooter's wife never would've let him live it down had he stayed in the house. You saw how petty she was by refusing to tell him where his son was.

“The children are aware that Kyle Carruth shot and killed their father in front of their mother, step-brother, and myself. Christina’s decision to allow either of these children to be in Kyle Carruth’s presence has caused, and continues to cause, significant impairment of their emotional well-being. The oldest child has expressed to me that he blames his mother for the shooting, and that he will run away from home if he sees Kyle there again."
Whole situation fukked up
-Only part of this shyt I feel genuinely bad about are those kids. The son can see on video his dad got killed because he wanted to spend time with him & his mom was playing games & trying to keep them apart. Then the boyfriend got in it & brought out the gun for no fukking reason. @bnew said one son's 14 so he's old enough to understand all this if he has any common sense & him blaming his mom like step-mom says makes total sense. He has every reason to be furious & not wanna fukk with either of them depending on his relationship with his dad.

-As someone that grew up with resentment issues I can only imagine the type of shyt going on in his head.

Yep, Yep.

End of the day this was a bunch of adults playing stupid games and winning stupid prizes. The guy who got shot should have dipped the second Kyle got the gun, and the Mother and Step Father have ruined their family over petty shyt. There is a good chance Kyle and the step mother will divorce over this. The son’s hatred will be too real and in 4 years he will likely be gone too.
