“I am thinking this is a professional gymnast or a stunt,” Lucy Grace Astilla tells Fox 13.
Local 8 News reports the man had gone to the amusement park with other family members. Police and officials with the amusement park tell Local 8 there are no signs the ride had malfunctioned.
A statement from the amusement park to ABC 4 says the ride as been operating since 1974 and there have been no previous incidents.
