Even if he didn't want to share his plan on that call for whatever reason, he still could've been in the meeting to see what was going on. It just seems weird that he didnt want anything to do with it bc it wasn't one on one.Which makes the idea that him having a meeting that involves killer Mike as some kind of slap even more farcical.
