Aggressive as fukk. 93% stocks 7% bonds in 401k. 66% stocks 33% commodities in IRA. 90% stock 10% bonds in my other brokerage acct.
I'm only 36 so there's plenty of time to weather the coming crash.
Does my roth ira gain interest if it's not invested in anything?
No if it's just sitting in an account. I am in the same situation. I have 930.00 sitting in my account but I haven't invested yet. I actually am looking into penny stocks, but I haven't pulled the trigger
Edit: I am also checking out upcoming IPOs also.
Im gonna have to check out Betterment. Ive always had my 401k but when that correction happened last week i knew it was time. Im gonna start with companies im familiar with and eventually diversify. I would love to own shares in Google but them shyts is near 700.00Honestly, this is why Betterment is a good option. Not only is there no minimum, but they choose for you, and you merely set the allocation between stocks and bonds. There's nothing to really worry about with them.
Just my 2cents.
Plus I can refer for a month free
What type of returns do they earn for their clients?Honestly, this is why Betterment is a good option. Not only is there no minimum, but they choose for you, and you merely set the allocation between stocks and bonds. There's nothing to really worry about with them.

@BaldingSoHard could answer better since he's been with them longer. They're a fairly new company, but they pretty much choose the same etfs people always recommend you buy anyway, and their fee is low. What type of returns do they earn for their clients?
And how quickly could one liquidate the account?
I believe that crash came breh
