I don't listen to Mike's show.....but I look forward to hearing him do that laugh mid sentence thing he does when talking. He'll most certainly entertain some callers bashing Carton and will laugh mid sentence telling them to chill out. :troll:

I'm not going to speak on it, obviously carton and myself have had our differences so I'm not going to speak on his troubles I'm just the number of radio host in NYC, I've never defrauded investors of millions while looking at several years behind bars, so I'm not going to speak on it, next called mike from bayside

WFAN gonna cut that check to keep Mike around for a year or two I think. Boomer can't do the show solo for 4 hours, he's got all the NFL stuff. No one is checking for Beningo and Roberts

According to the complaint, Carton began this scheme in 2016, around the same time officials said he racked up about $3 million worth of gambling debts to casinos and other third parties.

Carton is accused of running a scam that involved ticket reselling in which he told investors he would purchase and resell large blocks of concert tickets for substantial profits.


Carton, according to the complaint, falsely claimed to investors that he and Meli had access to millions of dollars' worth of concert tickets at face value. Officials said the pair provided forged documents to investors that appeared to show agreements to buy tickets from venues and promoters to concerts by artists such as Katy Perry, Justin Bieber, Metallica, Adele and Barbra Streisand.

Carton and Meli are accused of using new investor funds to repay earlier investors and other debts, including gambling debts, rather than buy tickets for resale as promised. Together they misused at least $3.6 million from two investors, according to the complaint, and Carton is accused of misusing another $2 million from one of those same investors.
