Lack of quarantine, there was even a parade in Philly where 20000 people attended. The second wave also killed people within hours, bleeding from their nose and eyes, it causes a cytokine reaction in their bodies. But we should prepare for a second wave coming this fall and winter. Imagine if history repeated and people in their 20s and 30s died within hours, scary stuff. I much rather be safe.
