Hell
I got sickle cell beta-thalassemia minor so I'm guessing if I get it, it might be a wrap so I stay in the house.

I barely get sick but when I get a crisis it's very painful.

@KalKal

this was a link to another study in the article i posted..

this was studied and written by biologists lol not pseudoscience, at all..

from the American Society for Microbiology, Journal of Virology

The Avian Coronavirus Infectious Bronchitis Virus Undergoes Direct Low-pH-Dependent Fusion Activation during Entry into Host Cells

edit:

another one as well

The majority of virus families utilize endocytosis as a means of entry into cells. This is not surprising, considering the many benefits that endocytosis offers. Many viruses have a low-pH-dependent conformational change that triggers fusion, penetration and/or uncoating and endocytosis is crucial to these viruses due to the acidification occurring within the endosomal pathway.”

the study was done by scientists at Mass General hospital lol
The implication is that you can actually raise your blood pH.

The article that dr sircus

links goes to RT that says MGH researchers found that the Achilles heel of the virus is AGO4, and doesnt say anything about pH.

When studying mice, researchers found that only cells deficient in AGO4 were hypersensitive to infections like the influenza virus. So once they can figure out how to reinforce our bodies’ natural defences with AGO4, viruses will no longer stand a chance of infecting us, theoretically at least.

Furthermore this is covered in their press release, which the author didnt link to, for some reason.

Now I'm not saying the biology is wrong. But equating that the low-pH mediated entry of virus into cells means that alkalinization of the blood will prevent infection is not a clean logical jump. The body constantly maintains and moves the blood towards the pH range previously mentioned here. Every study worth its salt that has been linked also is referring to the microenvironment of the host cell and pathogen. Which may or may not be in the blood. Alkalosis and acidosis is something that no one wants to go through.

Definitely eat healthy and get your vitamins but alkalizing your blood, it's not possible in the way we think it is.

Let me preface this with some information about Zinc.

It builds up very quickly in your system so this is not something you should take every day. It will make you extremely sick.

So be very cautious with the amount of zinc you take :whoo:

Either way this is good news if the study is true

My theory has always been that this virus and the stay at home mandate has become a big reminder that a lot of people basically live in a shoebox and when you gotta stay home for an extended period of time, the walls just close in you. It's easy to forget that when you're working all the time and you're out and you're looking for a reason to not be home unless you're asleep. It's easier to stay at home when your house is nice and you got room to operate. It's not as easy when you live in a cubicle with your nagging ass parents, your nagging ass wife or husband, your nagging ass siblings or your nagging ass kids and you got nowhere to go. That shyt is jail without the hour rec time.

Imagine having to stay at home and you live in those micro apartments with no window and shyt. That shyt is the hole.

We're basically realizing a lot of people don't like their home, their family, their kids, or their spouse. Pretty sad existence.

I love my home. It's my sanctuary and heaven.
